We’ll provide a host of handouts, recipes, guidelines, and more weekly, and hold personal, face to face meetings (mutually agreed location or digital) at least every other week during the program.

30-Day Jump Start One-on-One Program
While it’s much more challenging to cover a lifestyle makeover in 30 days, this program touches on the same topics listed above, albeit at a less detailed level, via daily teaching emails delivered to your inbox. We provide a host of handouts, recipes, guidelines and more.
We’ll also complete two 30-minute face to face meetings during the thirty days to address topics you have deeper questions about in more detail.

Our group program offerings are basically identical to our 1:1 programs, and are conducted in person in the DFW area, or using several digital tools for groups in other locations that still allow very useful and productive group dynamics to augment the process. Group pricing dependent on the number of group members; typically offered at a significant discount compared to the one on one program.

One Time Consultation Visits (Includes Written Followup Recommendations)
Occasionally a client will have a very focused issue they’re seeking help with and just want to spend an hour or two working through a topic in critical detail.
I very much enjoy doing these, and lately (for example) have helped clients sort out issues related to weight loss, weight loss stalls, nutritional ketosis (how to approach it, how to start, how to stay in, troubleshooting), keto and lipid issues, constructing rational fitness programs for those “over 40”, upping their food and menu plan games, etc.
